Raglan's coastal air is hard on a house. Salt spray off the harbour, high humidity and shaded southern walls mean mould and algae come back faster here than inland, and left alone they work into the paint rather than sitting on top of it.

We soft wash rather than blast. Low pressure and a biocide detergent kill the growth at the root, where high-pressure water only strips the surface off and can drive moisture into cladding joints or lift older paintwork. Weatherboard, fibre cement, cedar, plaster and brick each get a different pressure and product.
